Painting With Light

I believe that theatre at its best is a collaborative medium: one where passionate individuals come together to create something that is greater than the sum of its parts. Lighting design and electrics are intricate parts of the puzzle that is a production, and my experiences in theatre have shown me the ongoing necessity for true teamwork.

Theatre has been my passion for as long as I can remember and light is one of its most dynamic mediums. Using light, I combine my artistic talents with my practical nature and end up using it as my paintbrush. Above all, my goal is always to serve the needs of the production. The stage is never the same once the lights are on, and when they meld with the conception of the production, that is when magic happens.
